Refund Policy

Course Cancellation
Sacred Grove Artistry understands that circumstances may change. Our refund policy ensures fair treatment for all students:
Before Course Start Date
- 15+ days before: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
- 7-14 days before: 75% refund
- 3-6 days before: 50% refund
- Less than 3 days: 25% refund (material costs)
After Course Commencement
- Within first week: 50% refund minus material costs
- After first week: No refund available
- Emergency situations: Case-by-case review with documentation
Material Costs
Course materials (bamboo, tools, finishing supplies) are sourced specifically for each student. Material costs are non-refundable once prepared.
Course Transfers
- Students may transfer to future sessions subject to availability
- Transfer fee: ₹1,500 to cover administrative costs
- Maximum one transfer per enrollment
Refund Process
- Submit refund request via email to: refunds@sacredgroveartistry.in
- Include enrollment details and reason for cancellation
- Refunds processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds issued to original payment method
Force Majeure
If courses are cancelled due to natural disasters, government regulations, or other uncontrollable events, students will receive full credit for future courses or full refunds.
