Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in Sacred Grove Artistry courses, you agree to these terms of service and our commitment to traditional Indian bamboo craftsmanship education.

Course Enrollment

• Students must be 16 years or older to enroll independently
• Course materials and tools are included in enrollment fee
• Regular attendance is required for certification
• Courses are conducted in English and Hindi

Payment Terms

• Course fees must be paid in full before program start
• Payment accepted in Indian Rupees via bank transfer or card
• Late enrollment may incur additional fees
• Workshop materials remain property of Sacred Grove Artistry until completion

Student Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled sessions and complete assigned practice work
• Handle tools and materials safely and responsibly
• Respect cultural traditions and artisan knowledge shared
• Follow workshop safety guidelines at all times

Intellectual Property

Traditional patterns and techniques taught are part of Indian cultural heritage. Students may use learned skills for personal and commercial purposes while respecting traditional origins.

Limitation of Liability

Sacred Grove Artistry provides instruction in traditional techniques. Students assume responsibility for safe tool usage and personal safety during workshops.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, India.
